These general terms govern any order placed on lesepiceriessansfrontieres.com and any in-store purchase at 170 Boulevard Laurier, Laurier-Station, QC.

2. Order pickup methods
We offer two methods exclusively to receive your order:
🏪 In-store pickup (Click & Collect)
FREE service. Your order is ready within 2 hours after confirmation. Pickup at 170 Boulevard Laurier, during store hours. ID may be required.
🚚 Home delivery — Saturday and Sunday only
Delivery service available only on Saturdays and Sundays. Any order must be placed at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for this service. Cost: $5.99 per order, FREE on orders of $75 or more. Service area: 25 km radius around Laurier-Station. No deliveries are made Monday through Friday.
3. Prices & taxes
Prices displayed on our site are in Canadian dollars (CAD), all taxes included. GST (5%) and QST (9.975%) are calculated automatically at cart time.
4. Payment
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Interac debit, processed via Stripe (SSL/PCI-DSS). No banking data is stored on our servers. Cash payments are accepted only in-store.
5. Cancellation & modification
Click & Collect: cancellation allowed up to 30 minutes after confirmation. Weekend delivery: cancellation allowed up to 12 hours before the chosen slot.
6. Return policy
Fresh and perishable products (meats, poultry, fish, fruits, vegetables) are not returnable except for manifest defects identified upon receipt. Dry goods and preserves may be returned within 7 days, in their original unopened packaging, with the receipt.
